Happy Sunday Blogland! Today I want to share another quick and easy recipe.
All you need is: 500g of Broccoli 200g of either white or brown (button) Mushrooms some Water Cream, Salt and Pepper to your taste
Heat up some Oil in a Pot, cut the Broccoli and Mushrooms to half inch sized Pieces and add them into the Pot. Let everything heat up just for a couple Minutes, add Water and with a handheld Mixer, mix everything together – keep adding Water as you go until the Soup has the Consistency you prefer. Add Cream, Salt and Pepper to your liking and serve.

Hello Blogland! I cannot believe that half of this year is almost gone again and boy has it been a chaotic year so far…
So crafting for me always is a possibility to get away and since it is the 5th again we’re starting a new Challenge for the Stempelgarten-Blog and the theme this time is “Favourite Animals”. Those who know me are aware of the fact that for me there is no such thing as a fav animal, I just love ’em all =)
So join us and maybe you’ll be the next lucky Winner! Hugs, Lia
Happy Wednesday Blogland! Some time ago I made another yummie dish I wanted to share with you guys. It’s steamed Halibut on some grilled eggplant, steamed baby spinach and potato croquettes (these do not have any other filling besides potato). And since thats all there is to it, there is no more elaborate recipe I think that needs to be shared.
Good morning everyone! It’s the 5th again so this means we get to play with a new Challenge-Theme this month over at the Stempelgarten-Blog. And for the next 4 weeks our Theme is “Phantasy” and nothing’s more phantastica than bringing some Dragons out of their Caves. So here is what I made.
So hop over for your Chance on winning a Goodie-Bag! Hugs and good luck, Lia
