MPC #1 – Happy Birthday

Happy weekend Blogland!
Over the last years I’ve been collecting quite a lot of different Design Papers and now it’s finally time to put it to good use.
So from now on, I’ll be posting those quick and easy Cards under the label of MPC, Mass Production Cards – maybe they can offer an inspiration to you!
But that’s enough from me – here is the first set of cards I made…

Those layouts can easily be used for any other occasion, switch out the papers and stamps to use whatever you have in your stash already.
Hugs, Lia

You are magical

Good morning everyone!
It’s the 15th again and this means I’m launching a new Challenge over at PapercraftChallenges. For the next month the theme is “Phantasy” and we’re working with our long-time sponsor Dr. Digi.
It’s been forever since I used a digital stamp on any of my projects…

So come and join us for your chance on winning a prize from Dr. Digi.
I cannot wait to see what you’ll create!
Hugs, Lia

Chocolate Chip Cookies

This is my favourite recipe for Chocolate Chip Cookies (I do not like them soggy or chewy – just so you know).
And here are the ingredients:
* 200g unsalted Butter
* 1,5 cups yellow Sugar (yellow sugar is sucrose produced from sugar beet, which contains residual traces of syrup)
* 2 Eggs
* 2,25 cups of all purpose Flour
* 1 teaspoon Salt
* 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
* 2 cups of Chocolate Chips or Drops (I like to use darker Chocolate)
* 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Sugar

Mix Butter and Sguar together, add eggs and Vanilla Sugar.
Mix Baking Soda, Salt and Flour and add it to the wet Mix, finally add the Chocolate.
In order to get all the Cookies to be the same size, I add about 20g of Batter into Cupcake-Liners.
Bake the Cookies for about 20 Minutes at 350F or 180°C on the middle Rack in your Oven.
Enjoy =)
